An 8 week series for your kids to get comfortable exploring aerial movements. Your kids will be moving and flying in all different and creative ways. Over the 8 weeks we will be working with the kids towards creating an awesome perfomance at the end for family and friends. (No classes week of April 29th or May long weekend incl Wed May 29).
The kids will discover new ways to move their bodies, bringing a beautiful and focused mindset and new awareness in playful and safe setting.

This Dance Fusion Workshop will be joining Belly dance movements, which are highly-controlled and internal, to a mix of explosive, external energy from Hip Hop/Jazz. Both share a strong emphasis on isolation and blend beautifully.
Welcoming all yoga teachers, bodyworkers or individuals ready to deepen their knowledge and dive into the art of hands-on assists. This 12-hour, hands-on training is designed to give you the knowledge and confidence to incorporate Thai Assists into your teaching or bodywork practice. In this training, we have fused yoga with the ancient art of traditional bodywork from Thailand into hands-on assisting of yoga postures through movement and partner stretching.
