A 10 week series for your kids to discover new ways to move their bodies, bringing a beautiful and focused mindset and new awareness in playful and safe setting. Your kids will be moving and flying in all different and creative ways. (No classes week of Sept 30th, 14 Oct & 11Nov). Please supply water bottles. We supply light snacks.
Enjoy a chill out session by candlelight. Restorative Yoga is a practice that is all about slowing down and opening your body through very passive stretching and softening. It's the perfect opportunity to disconnect from the frenetic activity of daily life. The overall calming effect on the nervous system sets a deeply relaxing tone for the class that comforts your mind and body down to the cellular level. Come breathe, soften and relax!
